This challenge is for you if you would like a daily pick-me-up in the form of tips and practices from myself and other Yoga Teachers in the Top of the South Island of New Zealand.
New Zealand has been in a nationwide Level 4 Lockdown since the 19th of August 2021 and it’s been stressful for many people. It has been a time for reflection, change and upheaval personally and professionally. It seems to have been harder for many than the 2020 lockdown and a lot of people are feeling the effects of accumulated stress and worry about the future. For me, as a yoga teacher, I’ve also experienced the feelings of isolation and uncertainty and lack of human connection and I wanted to do something to help bridge that gap a little.
This challenge is going to be fun – well that is the plan ! Simply sign up, and from Wednesday the 1st of September you will receive an email every day with a short practice or tip for the day (either by video or audio). It will only be around 10 minutes and you can practice at the time that best suits you. Some days may not be a specific practice but simply some inspiration, or sharing of a yoga related experience or tip that may be supportive for you.
